Being lazy is one of the biggest weaknesses of mankind. It leads to procrastination which can even have a major impact on the goals of an individual. Life becomes inactive, motionless and is one of the biggest sin that mankind could ever think of. 5) Be positive and nurture optimism in your attitude. Talk to yourself about all the positive attributes that you have to diminish the negative vibes that is trying to get the better of you.
6) Take up new hobbies like reading books, and reduce your leisure time watching TV.
7) Try to get used to your job. Well organize your work and set a proper goal. Work towards achieving that set goal.
In addition follow a proper diet to maintain the proper functioning of the body and mind. You can even consider talking about your problems to your near and dear ones or even consult a physician to rule out the reason behind your laziness. Drinking lots of water will help you in keeping away from dehydration. Laziness is not a disease but is a habit that is inherited. Sometimes it could be due to overburden of work and tiredness which diminishes the thinking capability. The easiest way to fight laziness is to find out the reasons which cause it. Also try to follow the set routine at least 4 times a week. If you are anywhere near 95% to the routine, then your mission is accomplished.
